Writing
Stacy Smith Rogers' writing style offers clients and readers a trusted voice that's grounded in authenticity and a genuine commitment to relatable communication.
I’m a listener and cultivator of ideas who uses story in every creative project. My writing style offers clients and readers a trusted voice that's grounded in authenticity and a genuine commitment to relatable communication. I’m currently in the final stages of my first memoir and in pursuit of publishing. An avid reader and champion of other writers, I’ve also helped authors plan, write and launch their books into the world.
Most recently, I’ve launched a digital magazine on Substack named (you guessed it) “ Stronger Girl,” where I feature essays and fun content that invite riders to ride shotgun alongside some pretty vulnerable and sometimes funny (also painful) moments that have transformed me.
As an experienced feature writer and business communicator, my creative voice has resonated in more than 1,000 articles enjoyed by readers throughout the United States. My work prominently appeared in every issue of Louisville Builder magazine from 2006 to 2017. My descriptive translation of dream homes was also featured in the annual Homearama Plans Book for more than a decade. In addition, I’ve published travel features in AAA Home & Away magazine, the Greater Louisville Relocation Guide, Kentucky Monthly magazine, Louisville Home Garden & Remodeling magazine, Back Home in Kentucky magazine and others. From 2010-2013, I served as editor and chief writer for Moreover, Thomas More University's alumni magazine.
Through an appealing blend of visual storytelling and thoughtfully-crafted copy, I offer a unique voice through social media posts, newsletters, narrative non-nonfiction, articles, essays and presentations.
